Tutoring Loft Rental Agreement

This Tutoring Loft Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Tutoring Loft LLC, referred to as the "Owner," and the individual or entity renting the space, referred to as the "Renter." By booking and using the tutoring loft, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or schedule changes. Rescheduling may be considered in emergency situations but is not guaranteed.

2. Use of Premises

The Renter agrees to use the tutoring loft for tutoring or therapy sessions only. The Renter shall not use the space for any illegal activities or purposes prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

3. Liability Waiver

The Renter acknowledges that the use of the tutoring loft is at their own risk. The Owner will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during the use of the premises. By signing this Agreement, the Renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the premises.

4. Health and Safety

The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the space is used in a safe manner and must adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. The Owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring as a result of the Renter’s actions or negligence.

5. Damages

The Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the tutoring loft, equipment, or furniture during their use of the space. The Renter agrees to cover the cost of any repairs or replacements resulting from damages incurred during their rental period.

6. Walk-Up Location

The Renter acknowledges that the tutoring loft is located in a walk-up building, and the Owner is not liable for any issues or injuries related to accessibility, including but not limited to stairway usage.

7. Parking and Shared Facilities

The Renter acknowledges that parking and bathroom facilities are shared and available for their convenience. The Owner is not responsible for any issues related to the use of these amenities, including but not limited to accidents, damage, or safety concerns.

8. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs, including attorney fees, arising from the Renter’s use of the tutoring loft.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Province], and any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with the booking, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms outlined in this Agreement. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and possible legal action.
